Glynn opened the operation in May 2004, concentrating on Permanent and Temporary placements and specialising in Executive, Professional and Secretarial/Administrative appointments. These range from Office Juniors to Chief Executive Office, Senior Management and Professional disciplines, such as Engineers and Accountants.

Glynn has been in the industry since 1996. She has recruited and managed temporary staff in a large client base over a broad range of industry categories including: legal, banking, mining, medical, finance, engineering and fly-in fly-out site staff.

Glynn has managed a recruitment agency in the capacity of Operations Manager, overseeing the smooth running of a WA owned and operated business.

It is Glynn’s vision to always deliver the highest quality of personal service by working closely with the clients to clearly understand their needs and understand the culture of the company to matching the perfect candidate.

Carrie has been employed in various industries in trust accounts, bookkeeping and payroll for the last 14 years with a strong background in bookkeeping and payroll.  Carrie has a strong understanding of the Recruitment Industry and maintains an efficient accounts department.
